Currently, as the Chief Operating Officer of Bose Corporate Support, Art not only provides executive-level direction to the leadership team but also serves as the Nominee Manager for esteemed international clients, including Future Concerns Safety Center and South Side Place Properties. Through this role, Art ensures seamless corporate governance and compliance while optimizing operational efficiencies for his clients.
Previously, Art was the CEO of Bose Staffing, where he successfully led a staffing company for eight years, honing his expertise in talent acquisition and workforce management. His strategic leadership experience includes pivotal roles including CHRO and Senior Vice President of Human Resources where he delivered millions in cost savings for consecutive years, demonstrating his ability to drive value in various organizational settings.
Art’s extensive experience spans notable organizations such as Curtiss-Wright, Veolia Environmental Services, and Air Liquide America, where he consistently led transformational initiatives and cultivated high-performance teams.
